Orders will normally be shipped the next day.
UK Delivery: This will be dispatched via Standard UK Mail. We would advise that packages usually sent by this method are received within 2-5 working days from dispatch.
Overseas Delivery: This will be dispatched via Standard Airmail. It is our experience that goods delivered using this method arrive within 5-7 days of dispatch for European destinations, and within 7-10 days of dispatch for the Rest Of The World.
Returns.
The product must be returned in the condition it was received (including shrink wrap where applicable) Windweaver Music will not accept returns of new products which have been opened. We must receive your item back within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept items returned after 30 days.
Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the incorrect product was shipped.
